Terms & Conditions for Online Language Lessons and Digital Services
1. Trial Lesson
A free 30-minute trial session is available to new learners. It is non-binding and intended for meeting the teacher, discussing your goals, and clarifying course details such as availability, number of lessons, and duration.
2. Booking and Payment
After confirming your desired schedule, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment must be made in full before the start of the first official lesson.
We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
3. Group Lessons
If you book a group course, please indicate the number of participants and provide the email addresses of all additional participants.
The invoice will be issued to the organizing participant and must be paid in full by that person before the first group session.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the lesson without penalty.
In the case of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before) or a no-show, the session will be counted as used and is non-refundable.
5. Course Validity
All prepaid packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If no communication is received within three consecutive months, any remaining prepaid lessons may expire without notice. Please contact us in time to preserve your sessions.
6. Refunds
Once the first official lesson has taken place, your booking is considered started and non-refundable.
Partial or full refunds are not available for packages that have already begun.
7. Digital Products and Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription for access to AI-based learning tools, materials, or interactive platforms, access is granted immediately after payment. Refunds are not possible once access has been activated.
These services are for personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed.

Terms & Conditions for Scheduled Group Courses
1. Course Registration & Scope
By registering for a scheduled group course (e.g. “B1 Conversation – once per week for 3 months”), participants agree to attend the entire course as advertised. Course details (dates, times, duration, and price) are clearly stated before booking.
2. Payment & Confirmation
Full payment is required in advance to secure your place in the course. Payment must be completed via bank transfer or PayPal before the course start date. Once payment is received, your registration is confirmed.
3. Non-attendance & Make-up Lessons
If you are unable to attend one or more scheduled sessions, these cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
We do not offer make-up lessons for missed classes in group courses, unless stated otherwise in the course description.
4. Minimum Participants & Course Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such a case, you will receive a full refund or may transfer your payment to a future course.
5. Refund Policy
Once the first official lesson has taken place, your booking is considered started and non-refundable.
Partial or full refunds are not available for packages that have already begun.
6. Materials (& Recordings)
Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially.
If recordings are offered (e.g. for missed lessons), access is limited to enrolled participants and may not be downloaded or distributed.
