I will dedicate 30 minutes of my full attention to you and you will receive a lesson individually calibrated to your needs. During the trial lesson I have the opportunity to evaluate your language skills and answer some of your questions. Together we can develop a concept for you to achieve optimal results in a short time with maximum satisfaction. You will get a small insight into my way of working and if we are happy with each other and want to start the language journey together, we can plan the next steps. Umbuchung & Kündigung

If you are unable to attend the scheduled German class at short notice, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the class begins. You simply book a new date and you can easily reschedule the lesson. In case of a missed or late cancellation, the reserved lesson will unfortunately be deducted from the package. The possibility of a free trial lesson will be lost if you do not cancel in time. Se un impegno improvviso vi impedisce di seguire la lezione di tedesco programmata, potete disdire fino a 24 ore prima dell'inizio della lezione. È sufficiente prenotare una nuova data e potete recuperare la lezione senza problemi. In caso di mancata o tardiva cancellazione, la lezione prenotata sarà purtroppo detratta dal pacchetto. La possibilità di una lezione di prova gratuita decade se non si annulla in anticipo. Solltest du kurzfristig verhindert sein, an dem geplanten Deutschunterricht teilzunehmen, kannst du bis 24 Stunden vor Unterrichtsbeginn absagen. Du buchst einfach einen neuen Termin und kannst unproblematisch den Unterricht nachholen. Im Falle einer versäumten oder verspäteten Absage wird die reservierte Unterrichtsstunde leider von dem Paket abgebucht. Die Möglichkeit einer gratis Probelektion verfällt, sollte nicht frühzeitig abgesagt werden.
