This extended format gives you the time, space, and personalised support needed to truly understand the language, practise effectively, and feel confident in real communication. A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up to activate your German naturally. We then dive deeper into the areas that matter most to you: meaningful speaking practice, structured grammar explanations, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation training, or targeted preparation for exams such as telc, Goethe, fide, or TestDaF. The longer session allows us to work step by step, without feeling rushed, and gives you enough time to practise until you feel secure. During the lesson, you receive clear corrections, natural sentence structures, and practical expressions you can immediately apply. You learn how to avoid typical mistakes, build stronger sentences, and speak more confidently in everyday and professional situations. Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel their session up to 48 hours before the start time free of charge. Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, may be charged in full according to TutorTaxi’s standard rates. Each client or group is entitled to one free trial lesson. If a client books a group trial, the individual members of the group are not entitled to separate personal trial lessons. 📌 Early & Late Bookings Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. Last-minute bookings are available until 24 hours before the session start time. 📌 No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their lesson without prior notice will be classified as a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. 📌 Free Trial Lesson The free trial is available once per person or group. TutorTaxi reserves the right to deny additional free trials in case of missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling. 📌 Payments Payments for lessons are made online or as agreed with the teacher. Even without stored card details, clients are responsible for following the cancellation and no-show policy. TutorTaxi may request payment for late cancellations or no-shows via secure online checkout if necessary.
