We then work on exactly what you need: vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, conversation skills, writing support, or exam preparation (A1–C2, telc, Goethe, fide, TestDaF). You receive clear examples, targeted corrections, and practical phrases you can use immediately. All explanations are simple, logical, and adapted to your language background. Speaking is at the heart of every session. You learn how to express yourself more confidently, build natural sentences, avoid typical mistakes, and expand your vocabulary in a meaningful way. Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel their session up to 48 hours before the start time free of charge. Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, may be charged in full according to TutorTaxi’s standard rates. Each client or group is entitled to one free trial lesson. If a client books a group trial, the individual members of the group are not entitled to separate personal trial lessons. 📌 Early & Late Bookings Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. Last-minute bookings are available until 24 hours before the session start time. 📌 No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their lesson without prior notice will be classified as a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. 📌 Free Trial Lesson The free trial is available once per person or group. TutorTaxi reserves the right to deny additional free trials in case of missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling. 📌 Payments Payments for lessons are made online or as agreed with the teacher. Even without stored card details, clients are responsible for following the cancellation and no-show policy. TutorTaxi may request payment for late cancellations or no-shows via secure online checkout if necessary.
