Booking conditions for all appointment bookings The following booking conditions apply to all appointment bookings, whether they are for you in private lessons or for your group in group lessons. If you are unable to attend the scheduled German class at short notice, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the class begins. You simply book a new date and you can easily reschedule the lesson. 😀 In case of a missed or late cancellation, the reserved lesson will unfortunately be deducted from the package. 🥴 The possibility of a free trial lesson will be lost if you do not cancel in time.
