Conditions

The 30-minute trial lesson is free and not compulsory.

 

After we have clarified the availability, the desired number of lessons and their duration, you will receive the invoice from me via e-mail. You then pay for the desired course before the start of the first lesson.

You can pay for the desired online language course by bank transfer or online using the PayPal payment system.

For group courses, select the desired number of participants and add the e-mail addresses of the other participants when booking.

In the case of group lessons, the organizer receives the invoice for the entire course and must pay it.

The price per lesson or the package price is paid in advance by bank transfer or via Paypal.   

 

If you are unable to take part in the planned German course at short notice, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the course. You simply book a new appointment and can catch up on the lessons.

 

In the event of a missed or late cancellation, the reserved lesson will be debited from the package.  

 

The right to a refund expires at the beginning of the first lesson.

 

If I do not receive any notification from you for three months, the pre-paid tuition will be forfeited without prior notice.

Your paid German course is valid for one year. So if you book a course with 30 lessons, you should use them up within a year.
